re: Attendance Policy for Warlords

 Attendance Policy

While raiders are expected to attend every raid, we realize that real life can sometimes get in the way and cause you to be late, or to miss a raid entirely. Our attendance policy is designed to make accommodations for things that are unavoidable, while encouraging everyone to make raid a priority by rewarding those who are reliably present and on-time.

- We expect that you will be at every raid. Strategy is designed ahead of time under this expectation. If you are going to miss a raid or are going to be late, contact the designated officer (currently Glenn) ahead of time to let them know. As long as prior warning is given, you will maintain your place on the SK loot lists. It is never an option to just not show up, doing so will result in you being moved to the bottom of the SK loot lists.

- Expected raid attendance is minimum 85%. If your attendance is below this number, you will be moved to the bottom of the SK loot lists each time you miss a raid. You will also have a meeting with the officers to discuss the situation and decide if you will continue to have a place on the raid team.

- Your gear must be optimized (gems, enchants, etc) and you must have consumables. Being late to raid will result in you forfeiting your access to free guild consumables for that night (more details below).

Raid Start Time

Raid invites go out at 7:45. Everyone is expected to be online, on your raiding toon, ready to accept the invite. Your gear should be repaired and ready to go. Gear upgrades from the GB (enchants, gems, etc) are handed out BEFORE 7:45 on raid nights (an officer or crafter will be on by 7:30). It is your job to make sure your gear is ready.

First pull is at 8:00. Everyone is expected to be zoned in, have your consumables and be ready to go. Consumables (flasks, potions, food, etc) will be handed out inside the instance between 7:45 and 8:00. If you are late, you do not get free consumables and will have to provide your own.

In case of Emergency, open mail!

At the beginning of each raid Tier, every raider will receive a “In case of Emergency” raid package in the mail. This will contain enough consumables for 1 raid. After those are used up, it is your responsibility to bring your own consumables to raid if you are late.
