Attendance Policy

While raiders are expected to attend every raid, we realize that real life can sometimes get in the way and cause you to be late, or to miss a raid entirely.

- We expect that you will be at every raid. Strategy is designed ahead of time under this expectation. If you are going to miss a raid or are going to be late, contact an officer ahead of time to let them know. It is never an option to just not show up.

- Expected raid attendance is minimum 80% (calculated over the last 8 weeks). If your attendance is below this number you will have a meeting with the officers to discuss the situation and decide if you will continue to have a place on the raid team.

- Special circumstances that will affect your attendance for a fixed period of time (e.g. a change in class schedule for a semester) will be handled on an individual basis.

Raid Start Time

Raid invites go out at 7:45. Everyone is expected to be online, on your raiding toon, ready to accept the invite. Your gear should be repaired and ready to go. Gear upgrades from the guild bank (enchants, gems, etc) are handed out BEFORE 7:45 on raid nights. It is your job to make sure your gear is ready.

First pull is at 8:00. Everyone is expected to be zoned in, have your consumables and be ready to go. Consumables (cauldrons, feasts, etc) will be dropped/handed out inside the instance between 7:45 and 8:00. If you are late you will have to provide your own.
